Playful Mid-Century Ranch

Playful modern art and vintage furniture was used to infuse interest into this spectacular mid-century ranch home. The walls of glass inspired us to bring the colors of the outdoors inside creating a  seamless transition between the two. The result was a bright, appealing living space. This home received multiple offers over the asking price and sold within one week.

Relaxed Modern Condo

We took the modern esthetic of this condo development and used warmer, relaxed elements to inspire our eclectic staging solution for this property. We brought in some vintage inspired features to create an environment that is easy to live in but still makes a statement. A collage of diverse, bold art, both modern and antique provided color and interest.

Colorful Quaint Casita

We were inspired by the Old World charm of this quaint casita and refreshed it with an infusion of modern Spanish aesthetic. The living room palette included dark wood floors, white-washed walls, minimalist white furniture and the impact of large, colorful modern
art accenting the space. A large sumptuous red rug added further contrast and a touch of luxury. This house sold for over asking price within 7 days.

Contemporary Live/Work Loft

This modern live/work loft in Marina del Rey needed an easy, contemporary interior appropriate for day to day living but with the additional functionality of a business environment. The challenge was to create a look and feel that would be comfortable for both the owner/occupier and his clients too. We used featured modern and pop art pieces along with unconventional accent furniture to give that balance between informal and professional.

Cool Hollywood Townhouse

This Hollywood townhouse needed an injection of color and interest to reflect the owner’s personality. We acted as art consultants and curated a range of decorative art and paintings, a mix of new, up and coming artists and vintage pieces.
